Interview with Serge Pshenichnykh, Regional Head of Sales at iGATE

What does iGATE’s “boutique approach” involve, and what makes it stand out compared to other competitors?

As soon as I joined the iGATE team as a sales representative, I noticed the incredible level of attention the team provides. This boutique approach is akin to buying a bespoke suit or purchasing an exotic supercar—all services are tailored to the partner’s preferences and needs. Our partners can talk to the iGATE team directly and are informed of every step of the process, from the development phase to the delivery process. We are setting the standards for next-level quality services and are introducing a new approach to help partners succeed in the iGaming industry.

How has iGATE adapted its design and marketing strategies to stay competitive in the fast-changing digital landscape?

iGaming design trends constantly change, with players demanding the best graphics and animations. However, art and design transcend just games and apply to the platform players play on, too. Our best marketing strategy is showcasing our solutions and successful platforms to prospective partners. We emphasise our high-converting platforms that blend premium design with easy-to-navigate layouts for player acquisition and retention. We apply our boutique approach to designing all marketing materials, platform layouts, characters and gamification mechanics to ensure each partner has a unique casino and sportsbook.

Serge, with your vast experience in IT and sales, how does iGATE differentiate itself technologically from the competition?

What makes iGATE unique is its steadfast commitment to staying up to date with technological developments to stay competitive in a crowded market. On our platforms, we integrate the latest, most secure payment solutions to ensure all our partners can facilitate transactions seamlessly and instantly in multiple currencies.
Technologically, we prioritise our user experience and seamless functionality across all devices for a dynamic and accessible user experience. iGATE also empowers partners with technology to understand player behaviour and preferences for better performance and growth.

What future trends do you see emerging in the online gambling industry, and how is IGATE preparing to capitalize on these changes?

The top trend I see emerging in iGaming is personalisation and gamification mechanics. With advanced data and technology, we can tailor the gaming experience for each player, offering special promotions based on their gaming behaviour or recommending games based on their preferences.
Additionally, one of iGATE’s standout services is our gamification engines. We can implement various tailored features that encourage player interaction and engagement. So many prospective partners have expressed amazement at some of our standout features, such as Collections. It’s one of the best feelings to know that you can provide a partner with advanced technology and engagement solutions that aren’t available elsewhere on the market. That’s when you know you have a special product and service.

Attending industry conferences is a key activity for iGATE, with 2024 being an important and busy year for the company. What can we expect from iGATE in 2025 regarding B2B events?

Participating in industry events is important for us to develop our professional network, communicate with current partners and introduce ourselves to prospective partners. We already have various events prepared for 2025, such as ICE Barcelona, iGB L!VE London, SBC Lisbon and SiGMA Central Europe. Our team will attend and is excited to see everyone there.
